SHIPPING POLICY


Processing time

  •  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.      

 

  • In case of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for processing and shipping during peak periods. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking   

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number one your order has been​

  • shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions 

  • Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes   or AP0/FPO addresses

Shipping Damages 

  • We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your     order damaged, please contact the shipping   carrier or  our support team directly to file a claim. Please save   all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
